A dynamic and strategic thinker, he’s held senior CRA positions at leading CROs like PRA, Quintiles, ICON, Syneos, INC Research, and Chiltern, as well as biotech companies like Odonate Therapeutics. Dr. Corenstein’s impressive track record includes managing nationwide study start-up and site monitoring for trials in Alzheimer’s, breast cancer, IPF, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, and Crohn’s disease.

As the founder of David Corenstein Consulting Inc., Dr. Corenstein currently serves as an independent CRA and consultant, bringing deep scientific insight, regulatory expertise, and emotional intelligence to every engagement. He’s known for his proactive, high-performance monitoring, mentorship of junior CRAs, and his ability to drive trial success from initiation to close-out. He is also a clinical research instructor, a frequent speaker on cutting-edge technologies like AI, VR/AR, and blockchain in healthcare, and a business incubator alum from McMaster University's Forge program.
